Caffeine amounts in everyday drinks

Here’s a simple side-by-side comparison of common beverages and their caffeine counts in milligrams. I’m sure this chart exists somewhere but I have a 60 second Google rule, I and I couldn’t find it. So I made one.

Note: these are rough averages. The information out there on caffeine amounts is pretty much all over the place.


It’s also highly significant that Starbucks’ drip coffee has 50-100% more caffeine than most by volume, and the quantity tends to be larger. Full info. Note that a “tall” drip coffee — the smallest size most people will ever order — has 260 mg.
